Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in India.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order and dispatched in 3–5 business days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–8 elsewhere.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us at store.sparkleandspace@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo or video, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Can I send one as a gift?

Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout and we'll ship it straight to them.

Is it really plant-based?

Yes. We print with PLA, a plant-based plastic alternative made from renewable sources like corn starch or sugarcane.
