• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Sparkle & Space does not store or process card details directly.

Order Acceptance

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or payment disputes.

Refunds & Chargebacks

• Refunds are handled strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.
• In case of chargebacks or payment disputes raised via Razorpay or banks, customers are required to cooperate by providing necessary information.
