We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth experience with Sparkle & Space.

Returns

  • As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or décor mismatch.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will provide one of the following:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original mode of payment (Razorpay-supported methods).
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
  • Once an order enters production or is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
