If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at store.sparkleandspace@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo or video, and we'll replace it or refund you. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, before production starts.

Can I put water in it?
It's best with dried flowers, faux stems or a small glass insert for fresh ones. 3D-printed layers aren't fully watertight.
Is it really plant-based?
Yes. We print with PLA, a plant-based plastic alternative made from renewable sources like corn starch or sugarcane.
