Every piece is made to order. We dispatch within 3–5 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–8 business days elsewhere. Not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Because each piece is made just for you, we don't take change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at store.sparkleandspace@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo or video, and we'll replace it or refund you. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, before production starts.

Can I use a real candle?
Please don't. It's designed for 1W LED tea lights only. An open flame can damage the 3D-printed body.
Can I use more than one?
Yes, please. They look best in little groups.
Is it really plant-based?
Yes. We print with PLA, a plant-based plastic alternative made from renewable sources like corn starch or sugarcane.
